Had a fabulous week at Montrose. The house was fantastic & so generously equipped which meant it felt like a home from home - kitchen had everything you would need & providing binoculars for dolphin spotting was brilliant. Home is cosy, full of history and we utilised access the beach through the back garden gate, down through the caravan park. When walking into New Quay from the front of the property it took us a 10-15 minute stroll. I’d only not recommend this property if you had mobility restrictions due to the layout/internal steps but that is responsibly highlighted in the description. Will return again, had a lovely stay at Montrose - thank you.xx

Super house with everything possible provided. So close to wonderful beach

Booked at last minute for myself, son and 2 dogs. Couldn’t have been more pleased such a beautiful house so tastefully presented. Everything very comfortable and warm. Great Wi Fi. Only 5 minutes from a gorgeous sandy beach where I spent a lot of time with my dogs. My son enjoyed walking the coastal parh. We will definitely be going again. Juliana 8th March 2019
