「Eastwind is a very unique property. You are surrounded by nature and the vibe is very European. Rooms have lotsa wood and interesting touches. The pool was super clean and brisk. You're within walking distance (20 min) to lake placid and there's a good restaurant nearby - Sentinel & Station
Large bonfires at night w smores and a lovely walking path to a nearby creek.
I would have given them 5 stars but my bed was pretty uncomfortable

「Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Looks newly renovated. There was free coffee and simple ready to go breakfast (banana bread, protein bar, waffle, etc) which we did not expect. The banana bread was very nice.
The building itself looks old with that "motel-like look" outside but the room and bathroom itself were excellent! The check in staff was very polite and friendly . Will recommend.」
