“Extremely poorly maintained condo unit. When we arrived I reported the inoperable key pad lock, the broken chair, the vertical blinds that don’t close for privacy, and the constant rapid drip in the shower. The light in the main room paddle fan did not work. There is not a single baking dish or large bowl provided in the kitchen. None of these issues were resolved during our 10 day stay. When I stripped the bed the morning of our leaving, I was appalled by the nasty thoroughly stained mattress……

“Good layout, good ocean view. Older beach motel refreshed as condos…it’s close but the age of the building is hard to overcome. There was a mildew smell and the doors don’t seal well. Dehumidifier in the room was helpful but shouldn’t be needed. ”
