Nice place

I enjoyed the property well. The access to the pool and beach were nice. I would have enjoyed a ramp to the beach a bit better than only steps, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Close to several nice restaurants and shops.

Great oceanfront condo at NSB

This was our first time staying at Seaward and our experience was great! The condo and common areas were very clean. The view of the pool and ocean from the unit were great. We saw dolphins several mornings too! The pool was also clean and we did even have it to ourselves a few times. Check in was very easy - Jennie and Richard were both great to work with. We had a great week in Florida and definitely would stay in this unit again!

Great escape relaxing and pleasant

The three bedroom unit was more than adequate for my family. We had some cloudy days where we entertained ourselves with the games that were left in the apartment and CDs for us to view. My wife was happy with the full-size kitchen and all the utilities she needed to cook up a meal. In all the nearby restaurants and window shopping along with the no drive portion of the beach that we were on made it a great vacation for us.

Great location -- close enough to "tourism," but a "private beach" feel.

I would highly recommend this location to any family looking for a relaxing place to stay. The location is perfect in my opinion; the pool and beach are very relaxing, and no worries about being overpopulated. The location allows for multiple "touristy" things to do within a short car ride. The Cape Canaveral National Seashore is one direction, and even Daytona Beach is close. The condo offers a place to relax. While we were there, it seemed very few folks were "out and about" which gave us an opportunity to enjoy the property as if we were in our own back yard. The accommodations are good and meet the requirements for every-day necessities. If going back to the area, I know this is the first place I will look. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Nice place

My family and I enjoyed this condo very much. We had two kids and four adults and all slept comfortably. The unit is updated and nice, you can see the beach and ocean from the balcony , and the pool is just off of the balcony. The unit is steps away from the beach, and the beach was super nice and pretty private. I definitely recommend this unit, one of the elevators were not in working condition, but not the owners fault. We had a little mishap with the digital lock, the lock went dead, but Jennie was awesome and got us a key right away. You won’t be sorry if you stay here, if I am in the new symrna area, I will consider staying here again.

Beachfront Serenity

Our family of four -- my husband and 23 and 17 year old sons were perfectly happy and at home in this condo. Amenities we're just what we needed, without overkill. Inside the condo is comfy with plenty of space to feel just at home. Unfortunately the weather was such that we couldn't lounge by the pool, but it was very nice with just a few steps down to the beach. And what's really nice about this part of New Smyrna Beach is it is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the resorty party of the city.... No cars on the beach.... Almost residential. Yet, if you want all the restaurants, bars and shops, you're not that far away. About the owner and property manager... Super accommodating and very helpful. My family felt like we were all old friends. Definitely a place to return to!

Lovely Apartment

Well appointed apartment in lovely location. Sea view and really convenient position for using pool and beach. Comfortable living and bedroom space. Has wash machine and dryer is a great facility to have.

Seaward Condos is a great place to stay. Pool, ocean view, and location is great! We've stayed at these condos for over 20 years and never disappointed. This unit was very clean and amenities were good. Only negative is there were no family games in unit for down time.

Very clean

Very clean and fully stocked for whatever you may need. 2 downfalls. The pool was freezing and not usable. We had just got out of the shower and someone was on the patio. My husband asked him what was going on. He said painting. Maybe let us know there could be some work going on. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Good location but check out time is a problem as i was requested to check out at 9 am.

Property is at excellent location right infront of Beach. Only problem is only on check out date cleaning person came at 9 am , i have to request for extension till 11 but it was not considered.

Great Condo Experience

This place was amazing!! I went with four other friends and we all had a great time. The condo was very clean and came stocked with everything you and your party may need (towels, soap, dishes, appliances, extra sheets, etc.). We loved the close access to the beach, which was never crowded. We also enjoyed the pool/deck area, very clean and nice. The property manager was very informative and made the rental process really smooth. My whole party felt very safe in the area the condo is located. As far as the location goes, it’s only about a 25 minute drive to Daytona, and New Smyrna is definitely less touristy and laid back. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for anyone trying to get away for a relaxing vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Condo was clean, easily accessible and parking was a breeze. I cannot wait to come back and stay again. Loved the pin pad on the door. Made it so easy to not have to worry about where the key was!

Family getaway

This apartment and complex was very clean and quiet. The balcony provided an excellent view of the pool and ocean (with a sunrise view)! Everyone on site were very friendly. Jennie met us with our entry information and was most helpful. We would gladly vacation in this apartment again.

Loved our 4 day ladies vacation. Property was clean and maintained. Faces beach and pool. Quiet neighbors. No pull out couch in living area as advertised. Beds all comfortable. We really loved the condo, the view of pool and ocean, the proximity to restaurants and shopping and the friendly atmosphere of the complex. Richard was so kind and attentive . Jenni was very informative and helped with an easy check in . We wish this condo was available next year but unfortunately, someone beat us to it!

Christmas vacation

We're from Ohio and love the beach. This property was perfect for our family. Short walk to the heated pool and the beach was right off the pool area with a nice patio to view the beach. The shower and hose to wash the sand off from the beach was very convenient. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and we would definitely come back.
