Good but needs attention to cleaning detail

Location was good. 10 minutes from almost anything. Condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was very pretty, had lifeguards and wasn't overly crowded. The property did have pools but they closed earlier than stated every night and the hot tubs were out of commission due to a gas leak. The maintenance man closing the pools was very, very rude. Condo was spacious. Had plenty of room for 4 children and 3 adults. They had games available to play in the closet and plenty of beach towels!! Cleanliness was probably the only big thing for me. Coffee pot still had the last guests coffee and grinds in it. The bathroom floors weren't very clean. Just seeing these couple of problems made us sleep on top of the comforters with our own blankets all week because who knows if those were clean (I didn't check). Besides that it was a good week for our family get a way spot.

Great Family Time

We had a great vacation in New Smyrna Beach. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The property managers were fantastic and got right back to us with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property.

The condo is very spacious and well equipped. It was clean with very nice furnishings and has everything you need. The condo rental agency failed to provide a gate access code and property map in our package. I suggest having that emailed the day of arrival. We arrived late due to flight delays and it took us a phone call to their answering service (not helpful) and nearly an hour to locate the unit (only after following someone thru the security gates and asking a homeowner for assistance).

Spacious property near the beach

We loved this place! We were able to enjoy the beach as well as some art galleries downtown. We ended up with a windy/rainy day when the whole family was stuck inside. This location provided plenty of space for us to play games, read books, and not feel cramped for space at all!
