Nice condo

Our stay was great! The condo is clean and easy access to the pool/beach. The condo location is central, very close to Flagler Street. Just know the queen mattress is VERY firm!

Quiet and Sweet

We selected this location as we were a little last minute in booking and our first-choice complex was 100% full. This location was much quieter than where we would have stayed, and we really enjoyed that! The condo itself is nice and comfortable with dated but cute beachy decor. My only bit of feedback is that the towels and sheets were older and worn, the pillows were also old and needed replacing, and there were a *lot* of half-used items in both bath and kitchen cabinets that look like they'd been there a lot time (we needed to push them out of the way to make a little room for our own things). It felt a little awkward and for the price of the rental, I'd think those towels/sheets would be updated. But that's it! We liked it otherwise.

Older but efficient beach condo

Upon arrival the condo was clean and ready for us. This condo is in need of some renovations and tweaks. The toilet has a slow leak causing it to run intermittently; the tub squeaks and gives way a tad; be sure to give the refrigerator door a tight close or it stays open; there is plenty of silverware but not many other items for food prep or cooking in; please put pillowcase covers on the pillows (new pillows needed) before putting pillowcases on the pillows; parking lot lighting really lights up the bedroom--blackout curtains recommended. I would prefer tile or a hard floor surface instead of the wall-to-wall carpet but we appreciated the leather couches. AC worked great. Sliding glass door to outside balcony didn't appear to have a lock.

Great location great view. Clean but dated could use some simple updates.

A lot of older people staying the week we were there so was very quiet. Would have enjoyed being in the pool later then dusk .over all great place!
