Ebb Tide condo was 5 star and more! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location in New Smyrna Beach. Easy communication with condo management. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property!

Perfect location. Well stocked and very clean, we will definitely seek this condo out again when we visit New Smyrna! The check in process was a bit cumbersome as they didn’t communicate correct information ahead of time but luckily there was an after hours phone number so we were able to get in touch with someone.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation yet again at this condo. Location is amazing! Kids love that we’re right on the beach but also have a nice pool available. Condo is nicely updated and the garage is great to put all beach items in without having to bring up to the condo. Check in process was much better this year, not having to deal with the office staff and just being able to get the parking pass out of the lock box without any hassle about the pass! Great stay overall, hope to stay again next year

4th of July at the beach

We owned an oceanfront condo in New Smyrna Beach for years and have rented many condos. We absolutely loved Ebb Tide complex and this unit was perfect. Everything you could imagine was available! The ease of checking in and the whole stay was perfect for our family of five. The fireworks this year were especially amazing. The condo view is beautiful. The only thing I would say we had two cars and thank goodness one of them was a jeep Wrangler that would fit in the garage unit. Our SUV would not fit and you only get two spots. We can’t wait to rent this unit again!

Perfect for a Family

This property was exactly as described! It was beautiful, newly remodeled, and clean. It had the perfect layout for our family of 2 grandparents, myself, spouse, and 2 children. The 3rd small “bedroom” was perfect for our 2 young children. That room would be perfect if it had a bunk bed. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed to prepare meals. My only suggestion is the master bedroom and guest bedroom need sturdier window treatments/ blinds that block out the light, they were practically see through. The rug in the living room is new and pilled a lot and left carpet remnants on my kids clothes and made extra dust bunnnies, so maybe a stronger vacuum would help that. Those were minor details and just suggestions. I would recommend this unit and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our vacation comfortable.
