Cheerfully decorated condo with nice natural light, the ambience was terrific. Ceiling fans in the dining room, kitchen, and bedroom were a nice, practical touch. The kitchen has very functional equipment and a a nice selection of pots and gadgets. I would love to stay here again!

The unit we rented had everything we needed. Getting into the unit took a moment because the lock box was hidden inside of the screen door, and I tried the lock box that was outside of the door. The unit was clean. The quick access to the beach was great. Covered parking helped to keep the car cool. Being just about 10 minutes from Flagler was great too.

We loved waking up to the sunrise and seeing it from our balcony or just walking around the building to the ocean to watch it close. We also enjoy watching dolphins in teh morning, walking on the beach and going out to dinner. Our only complaint is the one pool was closed and the other wasn't heated and while it was beautiful out we couldn't enjoy the pools as it was too cold. However it was 82 one day and no one go in other than standing on the steps. Everything in the condo was as advertised.

This is an older property but is the Decor is updated and it is quite comfortable for a couple. You could probably also manage with 1-2 young children. The location and amenities are excellent with two pools and direct access to the beach in the area where cards are NOT allowed on the beach. The washer/dryer combo has lot's of capacity. The only drawback is that, aide from a generous supply of beach towels, there is no other beach equipment available, so make plans accordingly. Overall, though, highly recommended.

The property was well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. However, the description did not include the information that it was a second story walk-up. After hours help was not always available. Instructions on the location of the lockbox was not clear, so we had difficulty getting in the first night. Also, we had no WIFI the first day because the power cord to the modem had been intentionally disconnected and put in a drawer. I had to figure this out on my own. I am hoping that the property management will sdjust my bill, but they have not offered to do so as yet.

Our stay at the Colony Beach Club was very enjoyable. The unit we rented was neat and tidy and located steps away from a swimming pool and the beach. I would absolutely return in the future.

I stayed here for a MOM get away and it was beautiful and so beachy! I loved the decor and the space was just perfect for me. The pool and beach were amazing. I would definately go back and stay again. Thank you for a relaxing "mom" beach getaway!!!

Very nice location the place was very comfortable and even had a dollar general market right up the road. Only complaint would be the lock box I've never had to deal with one
