Wonderful Beachfront Home

Everything about the property was at or above expectations, except the problems we had with tiny biting insects ("no see-ums" maybe), which kept us from enjoying the patio and pool in the evenings and the entire last day of our stay.

Perfect spot in NSB

This is a wonderful house for family with something for everyone. The pool is great and a very short walk to a gorgeous beach. The house has everything that is needed for a great stay.

Perfect Home in Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this home. The location is roght on the beacj and the pool overlooking the ocean is dreamy. Everythig you could poddibly need is available here and we were able to bring our pup which made it perfect! THe kayout of this house is wonderful. It allows for togetherness but also offers a seperated layout if the kids want a place to themselves.

Amazing Beach House!!

This property lived up to everything that was promised. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We loved the pool and felt like we had a private beach since we weren’t next to a condo/hotel. It was an easy and cheap Uber ride to get to bars/restaurants. We loved our stay and will book again next time we come to NSB. Highly recommend this place.

You can't beat this house

This house was absolutely perfect. The location, the pool, the bedrooms, and the living space. And the beach actually has some space unlike a lot of the island. Its hard to be surprised when you pay a good amount for a space but we were pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. We are planning our trip back for next year already!

Loved the Blue Yonder!

OMG I have never had a short term rental that was more immaculate than the Blue Yonder house in New Smyrna Beach. The house was beautiful and so were the ocean views from the deck. We loved having our own pool as well. We also saw two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week with family. This lovely house had everything we needed and more. The gorgeous view, the pool, and private beach access gave us multiple places to gather and catch up. The only negative (as mentioned in the review one month prior to our visit) was construction noises every day (sawing, sanding, drilling), starting early, from the house next door. Other than that the house was perfect and full of amenities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great views!

This is our second time renting this property- the first was two years ago by a different owner. The updates that have been made are wonderful- the property is clean and updated. Great space- fully stocked and labeled kitchen. We love the location and access right to the beach! Plenty of beach and pool toys, chairs, beach towels, and board games. Our only complaint is a problem with the pool heater halfway through the stay, but the property management company came out to address it promptly, but unfortunately was nothing they could do to fix it during the rest of our stay.

Ahhh-mazing!!

This was the perfect house for two families who were dropping off students at college. The house is gorgeous and the view from the pool is spectacular! There are several great restaurants around to get lunch and dinner delivered and never have to leave the pool area. The house is well stocked with everything you need for the beach and more. All of the furnishings are in brand new condition. I had to read the tag on the amazing muslin blankets and ordered some as soon as I got home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Exceptional views, exceptional house.

My family enjoyed our time at Blue Yonder beach house so much, we extended our stay another week! The house was just completely remodeled - it’s beautiful, clean & comfortable. I was nervous that such a new rental would feel sterile, but this was nicely stocked, personally decorated & had lots of touches that were considerate. Like coffee/tea & spices in the kitchen, make-up mirrors in the bathrooms, extra sunblock, tons of beach towels, beach toys, surf boards, cooler & chairs, even bikes! Beds were very comfortable & the sheets were so incredibly soft we vowed to buy a set when we got home. The views are beyond incredible & the patio/pool makes you feel like you’re at your own little resort. The pool heater wasn’t working at the start of our stay, but the owners were very responsive & the repairman dedicated - even texting me directly to make sure all was well. Since it was our first time in NSB, we didn’t realize that dogs aren’t allowed on the beach, though cars are, so head’s up on that. Highly recommend this place - we’re missing the sunrises already.

Family Gathering At the Beach

I scheduled this beach trip months ago to create space for our family to unwind, breathe in sunshine and play in the ocean after the long past 18 months of working from home. This home was absolutely perfect for allowing our family to enjoy our 20 month old grandson and allow room for his parents to go out on their own. Plenty of room to spread out in this large home and gather together again for a dinner meal. The pool was perfect and so welcoming. Previous guests had generously left their pool toys and beach tents and toys behind for us to enjoy. Each day we would look to see if the turtles had hatched, and each morning, we would look for new shells. We rented a 6 seater "beach buggy" and made daily runs for ice cream at 4:00 which we all enjoyed, dodging the afternoon rain storms. Prior to our arrival, I had made arrangements for a "bioluminescence kayak" experience for 5 of the 7 of us-- which was canceled. It would have been pretty cool if it had worked out. We hope to be back! Thank you for helping our family to connect in meaningful ways this past weekend creating spaces for our grandson to connect to the ocean in amazing ways.

Best Stay in New Smyrna

We had a wonderful week+ at the Blue Yonder Beach House. From beach toys to great views, a well-appointed kitchen and everything a family could need for a lovelyvacation, we left relaxed, refreshed and ready to return again. We rented a golf cart from Paradise Powersports and had a ball cruising the beaches and Flagler, took a pontoon boat out on the Intercoastal, and boogie boarded 'til exhausted in the perfect surf. The pool was such a fantastic feature and the beaches of New Smyrna are absolutely perfect. Best sand we've ever seen! Yes, folks are on the driving beach in front of the house but extensive vegetation and dunes make the house private and resort-like. We can't rave enough about our stay here - and we'll be returning next year for an even longer visit. This is a five-star rental all the way. Not necessarily "luxury" but definitely a first-class experience of understated elegance. Beds are super comfy, rooms are private and spread out and there's plenty of lounging space, both inside and out. There are stairs in this property, as there would be in any house so close to the beach needing to be safe from storm surges. But most of the house is on one level (including a well-insulated main floor bedroom), so it's not such an issue for mobile folks. Easy check-in and check-out and just overall a great experience at the beach. Thank you Great Ocean! See you next year!
