Summer vacation

We always enjoy Sea Coast.a little quieter area and live the no drive beach ..it's our go to destination. This unit did not disappoint. Thankful for the amenities to help enjoy the beach. Will keep on our preferred list.

Perfect place!

We enjoyed our visit. Clear, concise instructions for check in and rules during stay. Location is perfect. Not too far away and no driving on the beach. We were every place we needed to be in 10 to 15 minutes. I’d stay again. Quiet, relaxing place.

AWESOME !!!

This stay was AWESOME from when we checked in until we checked out. The place was VERY clean and very well stocked with ever you would need. The facilities were AWESOME as well. I especially liked having access to the gas grill to cook out on. The premises were very clean and maintained. Thanks to the owners for having us as their guest !!!

The condo was very nice and just as described. The beds were comfy. Condo was clean and modern.It was so easy to just go downstairs and walk out to the ocean and just steps to the pool... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others as well as stay there again if back in New Smyrna Beach for vacation

Beachside Heaven

We loved this property so much! Location is perfect and they had all the amenities we needed. Nice furnishings and linens, and a fun, cozy feel. Sea Gardens III is close to restaurants and grocery stores so we could stay right in that area and soak it all in. The pool and shuffleboard courts were amazing, and the laundry room worked great. We were part of a bigger group that rented other units and ours was the favorite to hang out or meet up in. It was helpful that there are multiple staircases and elevators and the reserved parking spot was easy to get to, so we could zip all around there to the different units, or to the pool, or to the beach easily. Loved this rental and we would definitely stayed here again!!
