Great house with beach access.

The house was all that was promised. I had an amazing time with great communication with the host. The perfect property for a quiet getaway with my friends. The house was right on the beach, which made for an awesome stay! Overall great experience! I will definitely look to come back.

Wonderful NSB Stay

A wonderful month-long NSB stay. Loved the location of our stay. North Beach = beach town feel. Easy and fun bike rides to all restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors. Katie was lovely and a pleasure communicating with. She made herself available to us, even though, we never had to reach out as the home and all its amenities were perfect. Looking forward to returning again.

North Beach is the place for us in NSB

We have rented almost every pet friendly property in NSB. This one will be at the top of our list. Plenty of space, nice garage, great location, lovely property. Washer/dryer on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen was great. Plenty of toys and functional bikes (many rentals advertise bikes that turn out to be rusted death traps - this was the first time we have ever used them! Property manager was the star - very responsive, available at a moment’s notice. For the owner - get a better keurig - it worked but was clunky - we debated (should have) just bought one and left it. My only minor observation was that the kitchen was a bit dated - entirely consistent with this prince point. If we were renting for longer than a month, we probably would have just donated a coffee maker. Will certainly rent again.
