“The outside of the facility was dated, but when we went to our room we were wonderfully surprised with a very clean room that had obviously been recently renovated. The bathroom was fabulous and the beds were comfortable! It was convenient to Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. ”

“There isn't a pool or hot tub. There isn't free breakfast. BUT what they do have is outstanding service and very friendly and helpful staff. We were running pretty late due to traffic and Patrick stayed late to get us checked in, made sure we had enough towels etc. and had a smile the whole time.
