田納西船屋

「The boathouse is in a roof over marina that helped keep the heart down when sitting up on the deck. While many other boats, there wasn't many people coming and going. The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc」

「We had a great stay on this houseboat and would definitely stay again. The boat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Our family loved the unique experience of staying on the water. The only area needing improvement is communication and check-in. Before our stay, responses to questions were slow, and we never received check-in instructions. After an 8-hour drive with three tired kids, we were getting concerned when we still hadn't heard from the host several hours after check-in time....

「Really clean and new」

「Just as advertised. Excellent place for a great family weekend」

「The floating house was great. The water toys were great fun for the kids. The grill worked properly it was clean. I wish the gasfire pit would’ve worked better while we were there. However, overall, the day was great, especially the air conditioners in each room. The owner was especially gracious and easy to work with.」
