New Windsor Spa Hotel

"Expedia listed the check out time as 4:00 PM , but the hotel indicated that it was 11:00 AM , so I paid for extended checkout. Otherwise my experience at the hotel was very nice and comfortable!"

"We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights. We loved the convenient location to downtown Frederick. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was spacious and provided all of the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the the gym which was bigger and had more equipment than most hotel gyms. We would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again."

"The room was not clean especially the bathroom area. I have stayed at this property in the past a lot and the property has gone down tremendously in my opinion. The water in our room for the shower would not get hot which was an inconvenience. It just did not exceed my expectations this time around & I’m very familiar with this property. My stay at the Home2Suites down the road was way better. "
