I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. 「The apartment itself was fine, basic supplies in the kitchen needs upgrading. Fridge filter needs changing. Hot water was out for two days and tried to get apartment renter to deal with it but ended up having to ask building myself. We we told before checking in not to say we were with VRBO but to say we were in executive suite. Not comfortable with lying. Area is very loud, I guess if why ear plugs were supplied. Getting in to build you need fob which sometimes work other times not so much....
