“The one bedroom was exactly what my husband and I needed while we stayed in the area for an event at the horseshoe Casino. We were able to find scooters to get to the casino and it was a great location, but because of safety concerns in the general area we elected to uber home. Definitely not the greatest of neighborhoods… but for what we needed it was fine! ”

“This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to……

“The property was very clean and property manager was very nice and responsive.It would have been helpful to have paper towels, cleaning wipes, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and dish soap in the kitchen.Felt safe in the appt.You might want to replace the handle on the front door, seems about to break!Thank you for a nice alternative to a hotel!”

“I waited hours before I was able to get it touch with host. Actually Vrbo managed to contact host who finally sent someone over to give me access to an apartment. The apartment was nothing like it was described. In fact it was in another building several blocks away. I purposely did not want carpeting (I have terrible alergies) which is why I selected this VIVO apartment. The apartment I got was not even in the same building and all the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom were carperted.……
