Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We booked this place based on the location map, which placed the property walkable to our daughter’s apartment. We received an email from VRBO the day of check in with a different location, then an email from the owner giving us yet a third location, at least a 15 minute drive from my daughter’s apartment. The apartment had NO toilet paper, which was not easily remedied at 9:00pm when we arrived. The final nail in the coffin was the upstairs neighbor who was doing some sort of frenzy of activity where it sounded like large objects hitting the floor until about 4am. We called VRBO to complain about the inaccuracy of the location and it was clear this wasn’t that big a deal to them. I cannot imagine that happening at a hotel if you misrepresent a location by several miles in an urban area. Beware if you stay here!
