The staff throughout my stay were exceptionally warm and friendly. Although there are quite a few stairs leading to the room, a porter was available to assist with luggage. On the first night, the quilt and sheets had an unacceptable odor, but after I provided feedback, the team responded promptly and courteously by providing fresh bedding. That said, the room's sound insulation is fairly limited, and the bed frame itself tended to creak—travelers who are sensitive to noise may want to take note.
