“Visiting family for the holidays. This an upstairs apartment, well layed out, well furnished. Very comfortable. Loved the decor. Just wished the freestanding gas fireplace was working but it did have central heat so no problem. Would stay here again.”

“My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note……

“This property is very clean and tidy! The white fluffy towels are delightful! There are very steep stairs immediately upon opening the door to the building. I think this should be included in the listing because it could be a significant barrier. There are NO closets or dressers to put your clothes. There is a rod over a cupboard in the bathroom which is very awkward. The bathroom lighting is horrible! It makes it very difficult to put makeup on. The location was good and code entry was……

“Friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is easily accessible, near main thoroughfare but set back from the busy road so that it was quiet. ”
