“We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Walks on the beach, lobster and beach pizza! I couldnt connect to the house rules so if i neglected anything i apologize.”

“This property, location and host all deserve high remarks. The house has a warm feel to it: it is a home — not just a rental property. The kitchen is modern and spacious for cooking and baking. We brought some of our own cookware, baking sheets, etc, since we did a lot of cooking and baking and we put the the kitchen and the outside grill and stow to good use! Loved them both. “We absolutely loved the location of this Beachfront Bungalow! Our early morning walks on the beach were just lovely, and our evenings were filled with the sound of the ocean waves! This place had everything we needed to make our stay most comfortable. It was very clean, and the host was excellent at replying to our messages.”

“Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!”

“Very cute spot! Lake was beautiful. Close for Ubering to and from Salem which is why we were there. There seemed to be a miscommunication on allowing us to check in early, however, bc when we arrived dirty towels were still in a pile on the bathroom and the bed sheets were used. Not a huge deal, we stripped the bed ourselves and added new sheets and cleaning crew came around 45 minutes before “normal” check in and did the rest. Also was pretty cold at night and in early morning and unsure how……

“My husband and I had a wonderful first visit to the Boston area, and staying at this VRBO was a large part of the joy. Francie and Bob have thought of every little detail and made the place feel like home. Plenty of natural light, soft and warm blankets and the coziest furniture. They even have a binder full of instructions and recommendations at the ready. And the space was even more spacious than it looked in photos. It was a delightful stay and we hope to come back soon.”

“It was an absolute delight staying at this house. The location is perfect for those wanting to check out Salem, but be away from the hustle and bustle. Comfortably sleeps 6-7, very cute details in this house. The only thing my group found difficult is that the stairs are very narrow and steep, so this may not be the best for anyone with mobility difficulties.”
