The space
Sleeping up to 9 people, this 4-bedroom family-friendly home features panoramic ocean views from the open living room and a fully fenced yard with a beautiful, inground oasis style pool.
The living area opens out onto a large veranda with a BBQ with overlooks the ocean - the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon wine, a morning sunrise, or watch the whales pass by.
The air-conditioned living room features a dining table, lounge, and Smart TV to enjoy an evening movie or a meal as a group and watch the sun go down. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with ice maker, coffee machine, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. The master bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and ocean views. The bathroom has a bath, shower, and toilet.
Downstairs there is a large open rumpus area that has two single beds and an entertainment area and an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer. This area opens into the fenced yard with an inground pool. The teenagers will love their own space, and a hit of table tennis, or swimming in the large resort style pool will keep them entertained.

You will have access to the entire property including the pool and double car garage.
