Very elegant hotel, however apart from breakfast no other meals available in the restaurant only in the bar area. The area around the nightclub, level one, was unkempt. The bath/shower in the bedroom difficult and potentially dangerous to access for older residents and there was no written information about the surrounding area. Bus times to the city and a street map would have been helpful. All the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and obliging.

They gave us a room on the 10 th floor which was terrible the noice coming from above was defining in the end we had to ring reception to change the room not what you want to do at 10:30pm We mentioned this to reception the following morning but they were not interested at all .

Beautiful old building in an historic part of the city. Lovely hotel with wonderful friendly and conscientious staff. Room and communal areas were immaculate. Didn't dine in the hotel but used room service once. No long wait and sandwich was lovely. I was given chips which were unusual ( chunky and appeared hollowed out ) but very crisp,dry and tasty. Definitely a hotel to visit again.

Was red hot in the room and the family couldn’t sleep. There was a radiator on and we had the window open all night and a fan on. It was noisy due to this so we got very little sleep. Would not book again.
