Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay.

Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
Large room overlooking the river was spotlessly clean. Good value 24hr parking charge with car park under the hotel. Friendly staff and very good value for money. Good location to explore Newcastle and Gateshead on foot.
