“This lake house was perfect for my husband and I to have a nice, quiet, and comfortable getaway. We rented this cabin to fish, and relax. We wanted a quiet time and we got it. The cabin is a short walk to the water where we sat and fished. I'm not steady enough to walk on the dock but my husband did. We both caught a large bass for a perfect meal. Our phones didn't get service there which was fine because my husbands office couldn't call him. The 1st week of May was perfect. Few boats or jet……

“The place was clean and the privacy was exactly what we needed! We caught so many fish off the deck and the weather was perfect.”

“Cabin we booked was blocked from the lake by a large RV that wasn’t in the pictures. The A/C was not working when we arrived. We were easily moved to another cabin that was a dump. Cabin was extremely primitive, there were Bugs, oven full of grease, trash around. However, our money was refunded. They tried to make it right, it’s just needs a lot of maintenance.”

“The home is so comfortable and easy to stay in. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipped, plenty of dishes; just about anything that you would want. The beds are comfortable and very clean. The fishing was not very good but as they say "a bad day fishing is better than a good day working." Thanks Eric we had a great time.”

“Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds……

“It was fabulous to stay in a relatively quiet space, away from the lights of town so I could see many stars in the sky at night (it was less than 10 miles from town but still...). The tiny cabin has almost everything you could need. It was very clean and well provisioned, and the ability to cook for myself was GREAT! Very easy to find, and the communication with the owners was wonderful. I hope to stay there again!”

“The house has recently been beautifully renovated with high end appliances. It was super clean and had everything you would need for a time away from home. There were 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. The master bedroom had a private bath and the other two bedrooms had a Jack and Jill bath. The towels were really big and super fluffy. The back yard was really big with a nice table and chairs on the patio. If ever in the area again I would try to stay here.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! It truly is a fisherman’s villa. Biggest bass we caught was 22” 4lbs. Caught numerous 2+lb largemouth and even caught some spotted bass, white bass, and one big striper. Along with numerous others like bluegill, drum, and some catfish. Really nicely renovated house with tons of room for our family of 10. Great location and great views.”

“This place was just perfect! It's on the water with its own private boat ramp! House is open and spacious! Also has its own private stocked pond that kids enjoyed fishing at! Very secluded and quiet neighborhood! Will definitely stay here again!”

“The property was extremely clean. It had all the things one would need. It was small! The loft had a very sturdy ladder that felt safe. It is good to remember in a loft a trip to the bathroom means a climb up and down in the middle of the night. The hosts were very communicative. The split a/c hesting system did need guidance from the hosts.”

“Everything was just perfect. The host left a well-stocked kitchen and some very nice "extras". We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. Definitely would stay here again!”

“The area is nice. I enjoyed having a boat landing on the grounds. The only negative I have about the property was the tv cable didn’t work in the room. But that wouldn’t keep me from staying again. For a weekend fishing trip, it is perfect.”

“We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable.……
