“This is an absolute great place to stay if you are in Graham, Texas. The owner is excellent to work with. You will have no regrets staying here. ”

“Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds……

“Everyone loved the property. The views are beautiful! The kitchen is fully and totally equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very accessible, clean and equipped. Swimming was easily accessible from shore or the boat dock. We enjoyed one evening in the hot tub and then came in and played games. It was overall a fun trip for our family!”

“This property is awesome. Super clean, very comfy king bed I can say from firsthand experience and my fellow guests said as much about other beds too. Plenty of space for three families in town for a softball tournament. Right off the square, walking distance to a some good restaurants and shops. Best part of the property for us was that it’s situated over commercial office space, so one a weekend there was zero chance that all the softballers would disturb any neighbors, and split between three……
