“It is amazing experience ”

“Even though the room is on the small side it’s a beautiful place to stay, perfect location and if your lucky parking right outside. Didn’t have food or drink here as we like to try other places. Would stay he again 100% best place we have stayed in Brighton. ”

“Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding. ”

“We had a two night stay at The Birch. The staff were friendly, room clean but close to busy road with a lot of traffic. We had a meal on the first night. It was excellent. Very well cooked and tasty. It is an old hotel that has been well updated. I would recommend it.”

“Lovely little village ”

“Very much enjoyed our one night stay last weekend. Easy access and good communication when I did not receive the initial instructions to get me sorted. Spacious room, lovely decor, in great condition and clean. Liked the toiletries and liked the included orange juice and porridge pots. Also very much enjoyed the cafe just a few steps away after checking out. Our room was over the front of the bistro so there was some noise from the busy Saturday night bistro below, but it was quite around 11 so……

“The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. There is no lift and you may evaluate if you can take a big luggage upstairs although I guess you can ask for a room at lower……

“Hotel was good. No evening meal let it down. Would use it again.”

“Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.”
