Cleaners did a poor job at this property, they put a sanitized strip across the toilet seats yet when going to use one for the first time there was pee on top of the toilet seat. Fingerprints and other marks covered the windows and doors. Walking up the stairs you can see straight under the couch which was left dirty. There were no paper towels left out for us even though it says one roll will be provided. There was a dirty dusting rag that cleaners must have left on the counter. We had no running water when we woke up one morning, after contacting the property manager they told us their team had been notified then we heard nothing for 3 hours but luckily we fixed it on our own. We were a group of 12 and the property manager saw no urgency is us being without water, we got no call or text just an automated response about the team being notified then at 1pm they said someone would be out that day. The house was updated and larger than it looks in the pictures but cleaners and property management was disappointing.
