Sprinkle in some fun and excitement at the Balboa Fun Zone and Balboa Pier or check out world-famous The Wedge beach to catch some incredible surf action firsthand. The optimal location of this home also puts you a block away from Newport Bay where you can watch the boats drift lazily by or take a ferry over to Balboa Island and neighboring Corona Del Mar.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a full-over-full bunk bed and TV.



The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Primary renter must be 25 or older and present at the property throughout the reservation

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage parking available for 2 vehicles.
