Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect, clean, comfortable. Keyless on all doors is very handy. Garage space (4) is incredible. 30 second walk to the beach. Manager responded on 10/25/2017: The new keyless lock system is very convenient! We look forward to seeing you and your family again during your next Newport Beach vacation!

2017 Family vacation

Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location...walked or ran along the beach every morning than played on the beach with the family all day. Great having the house so close to the beach, was easy to go back and forth. Killer sunsets!!!!
