Conveniently located just four homes from the sand, this beautifully updated 3BR/2BA home blends high-end finishes with a relaxed coastal feel. Thoughtfully designed with a contemporary beach aesthetic, the interior offers a stylish and comfortable setting for your Newport Beach getaway, with inviting living spaces and easy access to the shoreline.
LIVING & DINING AREA:
The open living space features a large L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, and a wall-mounted A/C unit for added comfort. The adjacent dining area includes a table with seating for four, creating an ideal space for gathering and relaxing.
BEDROOMS:
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed; TV; wall-mounted A/C unit; en-suite bathroom
- Guest Room 1: Queen-size bed
- Guest Room 2: Queen-size bed
BATHROOMS:
- Primary Bathroom (en-suite): Step-in shower; expansive vanity storage
- Hallway Bathroom: Step-in shower
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The front ocean-view patio is designed for enjoying the coastal setting, featuring a dining table with seating for six, a market umbrella, a cushioned conversation area, and a propane gas BBQ grill.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with all major and small appliances for convenient meal preparation. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.
YOUR STAY ALSO INCLUDES:

- 4 low-profile beach chairs
- Wall heaters and ceiling fans
- Hair dryer
- Iron and ironing board
- Bathroom essentials including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3BR/2BA residence, including all interior living spaces and the private front patio.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy, our team is available to answer any questions or address any needs that may arise during your visit. We will not be present at the property during your stay unless assistance is requested.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Air Conditioning: This home includes air conditioning in the living room and primary bedroom for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Please note that if a vehicle is parked in the designated garage space, access to the laundry area may be limited.
Parking: One designated space in the single-car garage, suitable for small to mid-size vehicles only (81" H x 90" W x 195" L), accessed via the rear alley. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
