“The space and layout of the house is amazing. Very good for a larger family of 6 adults. The dining room view was very beautiful. The whole house is very well presented and offers great natural light throughout the house. The swimming pool and outside area is fabulous. Our favourite place to be. Great hot tub and my daughter loved the swing seat in the garden nook The bedrooms were a good size and the beds are very comfortable. The modern decor throughout the house is very nice.……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage and would definitely book again! From the moment we arrived, it felt so homely, cosy and welcoming. The decor was lovely, the beds were really comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, with all the utensils and equipment you could possibly need. The bathroom was lovely and clean, with a lovely shower over the bath . The TV had a huge choice of streaming services to log……

“stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again.”

“The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town.However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. Buses ran until midnight and glazier and Co-op were both un/loading by 7am.We also had a ring doorbell go at 8.30 on 2……

“The cottage was very well-equipped, practical, well located and very comfortable beds. Everything worked and storage was great. Loved the nice bedding and towels! Nice that cleaning things and tea/coffee packets were there for arrival etc. We didn't miss anything we needed. Decor nice and lots of local information provided to help us plan and book trips out. The Island was lovely as ever loved Ventnor coastal hikes in both directions and really enjoyed the beaches at Bembridge and Appley! So……

“Spacious house for 8 adults, enough cutlery and condiments to dine in. Loved the proximity to the sea and comfortable beds. Plenty to do in Sandown and the beach was lovely. The biggest shame for us was the privacy glass. We chose this house for the views as my mother had an operation and needed to rest while we had fun. She couldn’t see the sea at all unless she stood up-other properties in the same block had clear glass. There was everything you needed except oven gloves and a hand towel,……

“Julie has a fabulous property, is is spotless both inside and outside, it is very well equipped and she has thought of everything you need for a great stay- would definitely recommend to family/friend and anyone else The only let down was 'TheIslandholidayCompany' description on the boarding pass they send, its not the right property. For example talks about 3 floors (its a bungalow!!) also the distances to pubs are incorrect again as wrong property description plus many other statements, I……
