The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. "The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout.
