A few steps down a semi-private path brings you to Agate Beach, inviting you to explore its tide pools and sandy expanse. Agate Beach Golf Club is only a quarter-mile away, or take a short drive into town to explore charming Nye Beach and Newport’s historic beachfront.

With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and three half-baths, this home can comfortably host eight guests. The main living room boasts lofty ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for family gatherings and games. Or cozy up in the main floor media room to watch movies on the large screen TV.

You’ll find everything you need in our spacious and well-equipped kitchen, including a darling breakfast nook with ocean views. A large dining room table has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked meal while savoring the view of the coast.

Other amenities include an interior hot tub, washer/dryer on the first floor, garage, driveway parking for multiple cars, central heat/air, and WiFi. Dogs (up to two) are welcome for an additional fee.

Please note: the beach is home to Little Creek, which can rise during the rainy season. Guests should use caution crossing the creek, especially in fall and winter months.
