4 friends had a wonderful time in Newport, visiting the mansions decorated for Christmas. This home was perfect. Walking distance to the mansions. Close to restaurants. All the extras we usually have to purchase for our rental were provided. I would 100% recommend this rental for your next visit to Newport. THANK YOU, Gerard.

Wedding of nephew
The house is wonderful-fully equipped, very well maintained and decorated nicely! My husband and I and our family of 4 adults came to Newport for my nephew's wedding. The house is so convenient to downtown yet tucked away and quiet. It has gorgeous views of the water and plenty of outdoor comfy seating on 2 levels. The location was perfect as everything we did-the welcome party, dinners and hair salons, and church were all within walking distance so everyone could come and go independently-we had a fun wedding and a terrific weekend getaway! Gerard was so easy to communicate with although we had no issues at all! thanks we'll be back to this heavenly spot soon!

Fantastic Rental
This home was perfect for our (3 couples) mini vacation to Newport following our nephew’s wedding in Massachusetts. First of all, the location is ideal. It is within walking distance of shops and excellent restaurants. There is parking for one car in the driveway as well as additional spaces just down the street. The townhouse itself is welcoming and spotless and has all the comforts of home. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. We especially enjoyed the third-floor seating area to watch the sunset and enjoy appetizers before heading out for dinner. Our host, Gerard, reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a restaurant recommendation that was excellent. Thank you! The only negative is that our stay was too short! We highly recommend this rental!

Everything about our stay was easy going. We enjoyed the property, the indoors and outdoor sitting areas were clean and comfortable. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and the bus was also a bonus. We would not hesitate to make a return visit.
