The Big View lives up to its name

The view from here is perfect: beach view, plus overlooking all of Nye Beach. Very pleasant stay!

Private and cozy

Property was cozy. Tough to climb 3 flights of stairs and could've used a better cleaning as master bathroom was still dirty. Lots I could mention here but overall it worked out for what I needed.

Great view, Easy access to beach, great restaurants.

The view and downtown location is outstanding. Walking distance to great restaurants, Nye beach is excellent walking, Third story with no elevator was very taxing for 60-year-olds. The couch wasn’t comfortable and the Internet Internet sucked.

Great location

The close beach access as well as it's close proximity to Nye Beach. The price was affordable, it was cheaper than most hotels. The room was clean and ready on time. We will be back. If you are looking for fancy, this is not for you but if you want practical and affordable this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful time there. On the downside, the couch worn out and very uncomfortable. We tried to run the dishwasher, per the requirements but it didn't work for us.

Amazing view!

This is my 3rd stay at THIS complex, my first at THIS unit. We stayed here for 5 nights. I LOVE the location of this older complex as it is walkable to so many great restaurants and shops, the stairs to the beach are right outside, and the views cannot be best! This unit really just needs some personal attention and could provide some small basic amenities. First, the WI-FI in this unit was basically non existent so if you are going to try to work or check emails or anything else, make plans to do it at Starbucks or someplace else. Next, the couch was the hardest most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on! There was no real comfortable furniture to just sit and enjoy the amazing view! Some of the bath towels had holes in them and were really rough. There was a light out in the primary bathroom when we arrived. There was no coffee provided, I had brought my own but every other rental I have stayed in has provided at least a day or 2 of coffee. They did have sugar packets and creamer cups available, however the creamer was over 3 months past expiration date and was chunky! No kitchen amenities like salt/pepper. No Kleenex was available and the toilet paper was so rough, using it to blow your nose caused soreness within 1 day. I will most likely not return to stay at this unit,

Good Place to Stay

A clean condo with a lovely view. Bed was comfy, couch not so much. Well equipped kitchen except for no potholders and only 1 kitchen towel. We used the bath hand towels and wash cloths as potholders. Overall a good place, just needs some upgraded furniture.
