“We had a great break with our dog. Couldn't have had a better host. We found treats for the dog and us :) , a pint of milk and orange juice in the fridge. The Jacuzzi was a bonus and well maintained. The garden was enclosed so it was safe to let the dog out on her own. The property is well maintained and is clearly large enough for 4 people. ”

“Our (very short) stay was terribly disappointing. We arrived at 3pm to find the place hadn't been cleaned well at all, with crumbs and hair around the place, the bathtub full with grimey water and hairs floating in it and wet towels folded and left on the beds. We unfortunately had to leave due to a family emergency at 8pm that same night, so didn't sleep in the house at all, but the host refused to refund any money as we had booked for a 2 night stay. Communication with the host was great……

“Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!”

“La collocazione è perfetta, con una passeggiata in un verso si arriva in centro, nel verso opposto al Newport Transporter Bridge. La struttura è nuova, pulita, sicura. Mi è stato gentilmente concesso il check in anticipato, cosa che non tutti fanno! L'unico aspetto che rivedrei sono le pulizie: bisognerebbe che le stanze venissero rifatte, se non proprio quotidianamente almeno ogni 2 GG...per brevi soggiorni ok, per quelli un po' più lunghi inizia ad essere un disagio! Per il resto perfetto!”
