"Property was not well looked after. Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"I had a wonderful stay at Newport Student Village! It was only a short 10 minute walk to central Newport and if you walk 5 more minutes you will be at the bus station which will take you everywhere you need to go. The room lacked decoration but that was something I expected as the facility is used to house students. I did have a bathroom, so that was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I would 100% stay here again! "

We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. "Lovely man on reception let us check in early and gave us an upgrade but the room was very cold, could'nt have a shower, no heating in the bathroom and heating it seems on timer so didnt come on until 6pm.... one thing i do not like is a cold room... Staff very nice and helpful, be careful of deal on in restaurant as breakfast and evening meal for 30.00 each includes drink but limited choice and charged me 4.00 for extra lemonade... very expensive. Will not be going back im afraid, parking £19.00 for 24 hours so not bad for centre of Bristol."
