First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet

Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating (Nov-Apr £50pw), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on road parking. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. A beautiful detached holiday home in one of Cornwall’s most stunning coastal villages, The Old Butchers is only minutes from the wide golden sandy beach and dunes which are bordered by the estuary of the River Gannel, an AONB and a haven for birdlife. Newquay with its surfing beaches, 3 miles. Truro and Padstow are close by. Watergate Bay is 5 miles. Sea fishing, horse riding and go karting nearby. Shop ½ mile, pub ⅓ mile.
