    The open-plan living space is designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring a sleek, modern kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials. The inviting dining area is perfect for shared meals and lively game nights, while the cozy lounge beckons you to unwind with a movie night after exploring the area. The standout feature is the private balcony, where you can take in spectacular views of Watergate Bay and the surrounding hills—a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.

    Inside, you'll find two beautifully styled bedrooms that embrace a maritime theme. The king-size master bedroom boasts its own ensuite and incredible sea views, while the twin room offers a comfortable haven for guests. After a day at the beach, you can choose between a relaxing bath or refreshing shower in the family bathroom. The communal shower area downstairs provides a convenient space for rinsing off after beach activities.
