「First impression of the hotel at check-in was exceptional- Stephen was very welcoming and friendly, and we knew it was going to be an incredible stay! In fact, encounters with the staff from bartender, restaurant and housekeeping were all friendly, engaging, and positive.

「The room was clean and the breakfast was good
The only issue was the stairs to the room as our room was on the 3 floors there were a lot of stairs to climb and we both OAP which was very tiring.
On the hold it was a good experience but we would not stay again due to the stairs.」
