Delaney (spelling?) was a gracious and accommodating hostess upon our late arrival. Courteous and wonderfully helpful, even for our short one-night stay! Rooms were bigger than expected and was nice to have a little elbow room.

There were used towels hanging from the bathroom door, and there was no body wash in the container in the shower. Then, this morning, the smoke detector went off, and it smelled like something was burning in the room. I alerted the front desk and they said it was just the heater. I don’t feel like they did anything at all to accommodate me or ease my frustration and worry. Overall, not a good experience.

A great hotel in Newtown for family or business!

Very friendly staff, hotel is updating the property to keep it nice - looks great. Nice amenities, good breakfast buffet, nice little market area in the lobby for drinks and snacks, etc. Rooms are spacious and nicely equipped with everything you need.

We have stayed there a number of times, and it is in a nice location. The breakfast is very good. Even though the hotel as doing major renovations they did a good job to not impact the guests.
