"Excellent location and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in Hanoi. We had four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were especially impressed with the personal care and attention provided by Katy from reception. She was very helpful throughout the trip. The food and cocktails were all better than we expected . Would definitely recommend this hotel in Hanoi."

"Upon arrival staff was extremely welcoming, organized and accommodating. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped in regards to toilettries. Only complaint was that our small window opened on a technical courtyard and had no curtain. There was a constant noise from the courtyard."
