Booked this motel based on reviews and location and were not disappointed. Motel was exactly what we were looking for. Within walking distance of Falls and restaurants, clean simple accommodations for a good nights sleep without all the extras that are really not necessary… unless you plan on never leaving your room. Staff were all exceptional as was the owner. We spent time talking with him and he has great plans for the motel, so we will definitely be returning.

Absolutely disgusting motel. We stay in many motels and this was by far the worst one. The staff were awful, they absolutely do not clean the rooms. We had to call the non-emergency line as there was a poor dog abandoned in one of the hotel rooms that barked for hours, staff did absolutely nothing.

We had a great stay. Hotel room was a great value. The staff from check in to check out were absolutely fantastic!!!! Very polite and very friendly. The only down fall for me was they don’t offer coffee makers in room and the coffee with the breakfast is more of an espresso . I’m not an alcohol drinker so made many trips to the local coffee shop ( I’m a coffee holic) which was convenient but would rather of had one in our room. We would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend and couldn't complain for how affordable it was to stay here. We had AC, a clean room and bathroom and the free parking is always a plus when it comes to staying in Niagara. Some minor things were burn marks from cigarettes on the carpet and some marks on the wall from marker that needs to be painted over, but other than that we enjoyed our stay! The free water in the lobby was a huge plus considering how hot it was but nonetheless, if you're looking for an affordable stay that is minutes away from Clifton, I'd recommend it!
