About a mile and a half walk to upper Clifton Hills. Internet WiFi and TV services are available and easily accessed. There are several things that need to be addressed: There is ONLY one entrance/exit to the rental. The back door is locked as it butts into the rear rental and could be a significant……

“We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! The owner was quick to respond to all our questions before & during our stay. Well done Orchard Villa!”
