「No hot water for 3 days despite numerous requests and follow up with Global stay. During our check out at 11am, the technician arrived.」

「The space was dirty and not well appointed. Worst part was there was no air conditioning working in the house and when we asked the host who was on the property, he said "sorry, it broke yesterday". It was over 30 degrees outside and hotter inside. Absolutely a horrible experience. We left and I asked for a full refund - called the owner and he yelled at me multiple times "no way!" over and over. 」

「This was clearly once a truly "stunning estate" but years of disrepair have left it to be kind of sad, and certainly not in line with the price. Many issues that have previously been reported, but no effort to fix them. Problems are too numerous to list but here's a sample:- Mouse poop in cupboards- Dishwasher full of dirty dishes and falls out of cabinet when drawers pulled out- Patio door cannot be closed except by deadbolt (locks out people using the deck)- Fridge/freezer stopped working,...

「The stay at the property was amazing! We rented it for our bridal party and us to stay for our wedding weekend and it was perfect! There were some hiccups with the property before we arrived but Edward was very communicative and adjusted accordingly. Would definitely stay again!」

「The property is wonderful. A relaxing atmosphere on the Lake. Our family enjoyed biking around the neighborhood, fishing at the Lake, talking with the neighbors, visiting the falls, and just sometime to disconnect. The house is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Lots of room for all 8 of us. Plenty of hot water, towels, sheets, blankets, soap, laundry detergent, fully stocked kitchen, and supplies. Internet is slightly slow, only 1 tv with not many channels, and the dock would be better if it...

「This was an excellent home. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. A comfortable place. One problem developed while we were there and the host could not have been more responsive. The problem was addressed within an hour!」
