“This house had everything we needed and more. There was ample space and comfortable seating and beds. I appreciated the supplies in the kitchen like measuring cups, whisk, baking pans etc… and the toys for the kids. The house is nestled within miles and miles of vineyards and there’s a lovely view of Lake Erie (10 mins away) which is enormous! We enjoyed the fire pit too. It was a very nice stay. Thank you!”

“The property is stunning, especially close to sunrise. There are different types of pretty birds. The inside is just as lovely as well. Clean and fancy. Kind of high tech but got the hang of it. The owner was helpful too.”

“I initially booked this stay for just the solar eclipse. What I ended up with was a relaxing vacation. Not only was the property exactly like the listing, but Lyle and Nancy were the greatest hosts anyone could've asked for. They gave us awesome recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Before I knew it our weekend was filled with more activities than I had expected or anticipated. The property itself is gorgeous. They lovingly restored the beautiful historic farmhouse. I'd wake up……

“Let me start with WE DIDN’T even stay at the property as it “dead bug” infested!!! The fact that this house is even listed on VRBO is shameful. We booked to stay in February for a fun ski weekend with our kids and it was not CLEAN. We have pictures to prove that there is NO WAY that this owner had been at the house to clean it before we arrived which is unacceptable (ie. Expired milk in refrigerator, ashes near the fireplace, and ALOT of Dead flies and all other sorts of bugs were on the stove,……

“The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete”

“I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay.”
