"I was assigned to suite #1 which like the other 2 units had a private entrance. There’s no employee onsite. They message you an access code which was super simple to use. Really beautiful space. Its like a large studio apartment. With a huge hot tub in the main room. Very cozy and well appointed with a small kitchenette with microwave oven. "Doors were very secure. Good interior and exterior lighting. Very nice interior decor. Well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. A bit challenging steps for the handicapped but managable. Our bathroom floor was quite tacky feeling. Great help from the reserve desk!"

Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. "I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."
