Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

  • This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
    From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
    The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
    The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
    Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

Great location. It’s a bit tiny for 4 people family but its location can’t be better. A few min from the beach, right next block from bustling streets full of restaurants. Also enjoyed the balcony early in the morning or late evening to night. Great place for a couple or family with little kids.

We hadden een goed verblijf. Het appartement was klein maar fijn appartement, alles aanwezig. Zeer centraal gelegen vlakbij zee, in een levendige straat met veel restaurantjes. De perfecte uitvalbasis om Nice en omgeving te verkennen!

Fantastic, hard to beat the location, balcony access, and other amenities at this price point. Malin and Jonas were also very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Malin, the host, was great about communication. She greeted us at the property and showed us everything we needed. The apartment was as advertised. Fantastic location! If traveling back to Nice we would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place, especially for couples. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

Great location amongst the heart of activity and within walking distance to just about anything you would need. Place is relatively snug but the beds are comfortable, place was clean and the air conditioning was a god send as we were there during oppressive sun and heat. Nice patio as well. Communication with Malin was responsive and she was more than accommodating, especially holding our luggage until we were able to check in. Great place.

Vi hade fyra helt fantastiska nätter i Nice! En liten lägenhet, men funkade bra för oss tre vuxna. Nära till gamla stan, marknaden, stranden, restaurangerna, promenaden.I lägenheten finns allt du behöver! Lakan, handdukar, stranddukar, solparasoll till stranden, allt i köket, porslin, glas till olika dryck (det gillar jag extra mycket) 🤣, en ganska stor balkong, lite i solen under dagen, men med parasollen kunde vi njuta av den även under dagen och värmen. Supertrevlig och snäll värd, bra kommunikation, fick checka in tidigare och ut senare, det var helt fantastisk och förlängde vår vistelse enormt kommer gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Nice

Dit is een ideale locatie om Nice te verkennen! Het appartement ligt op een prachtige, levendige locatie vlak bij de boulevard en het (kiezel)strand. Wij vonden het heerlijk dat het appartement een balkon had. Zelf in hoogzomer hield de airconditioning het appartement goed koel. Melin, de host, is uitermate vriendelijk. Ze is altijd bereikbaar, reageert snel en was persoonlijk aanwezig om ons te ontvangen en te helpen met het naar boven brengen van al onze spullen. Het appartement is niet heel groot maar praktisch ingericht en heeft ook veel voorraad (koffie, thee, kruiden, wasmiddel etc). Het appartement is minder geschikt voor mensen die niet goed trap kunnen lopen (want het ligt op de 3e verdieping en de slaapkamer is te bereiken via een trap) of van mensen die van rust houden (want het ligt in een straat met restaurants en bars). Wij waren super blij met deze keuze en raden deze accommodatie zeker aan!
