  • Welcome to this charming studio, ideally located in the heart of Nice on Rue Assalit, just steps from the SNCF train station, shops, restaurants, and the famous Avenue Jean Médecin. This is the perfect spot to explore the city on foot and fully enjoy the Côte d’Azur.



    The studio features a pleasant, functional living space, carefully designed for your comfort. The mezzanine bedroom provides a cozy retreat, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or at the beach.



    You’ll love the immediate access to public transport (tram, bus, train), making it easy to reach the Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice, the beach, or even Monaco and Cannes.



    For your convenience, bed linens and towels are included.



    Pets are welcome, available for an extra fee.



    Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We offer flexible arrival times until 9:00 p.m. An extra fee applies for arrivals after 9:00 p.m.
