Firstly positives, this property is in an amazing location, 5 mins walk from tram and central for lots of restaurants and a short walk from the beach. It is in a beautiful building set back so no road noise. Property is ideal for short stay, really well equiped kitchen, towels provided and hairdryer. Lovely little goody bag as well.
Negatives - parts of the property need a spruce up or fix. Bathroom ight broken so flickrs, broken lamp, some cups chipped and cracked and toilet seat broken. Areas of it need a deeper clean too.
Communication beforehand was awful, tried to contact them multiple times without success; had no address or details how to check in up to the night before when I received a Whatsapp message asking what time I would arrive. Lady who did message was helpful and did give us info required but with less than 24 hours before arrival was worried. Never experienced this before.
Check in when got there was smooth and nicely handled.
One word of warning, due to mezzanine layout of apartments noise really travels and opposite we had a group of people who made so much noise all night. They wouldnt engage when I knocked to ask them to quiten down so contacted company. Unfortunately they didnt own that apartment so nothing I could do and just had to put up with it. They left on last night so was all quiet then.
Overall this apartment is in great place. As i have stayed once would perhaps consider again.....maybe
