Great place to stay

We stayed for a week in this lovely ground floor apartment, it had everything we needed and the space was used well. My 11 yr old twins said it felt homely and they didn't want to leave. The communal pool was a good size, warm and clean. The poolside bar man was helpful and friendly. Food was sold here which looked nice but we didn't eat there. The owners of the apartment were really responsive with my many questions and were very friendly. There were some useful information in the apartment. The locked car lar was for our hire car. Would definitely recommend. .

Great Apartment Close to Beach

I was very impressed at the communication from the host prior to checkin. They provided a detailed PDF and checked in to make sure that I had received it. Gaining access to the property was extremely smooth and they were quick to reply over WhatsApp. The kitchen was GORGEOUS and very large by European standards. I was very impressed by how extremely outfitted the kitchen was with serveware and appliances. It was amazing. The twin beds in our daughter’s room were some of the most comfortable I have ever laid on. And it was nice to have a pull-out couch in the living room to relax as a family and wind down at the end of the day. Once you know the bus system, it is very easy to get around and into town. Or it is a very easy walk to town on the beach front promenade which is flat. The pool there was lovely especially with having a little poolside bar with snacks available. Only thing to note is that the pool is very deep. In the shallow end it is about 5ft which was challenging with a child but very nice for adults. Overall the property was very nice and well maintained and in a great location for beach and pool access. Highly recommend for people wanting to enjoy the beach over the town.

Great location, appartment very well equipped

Location great: near the car park for unloading, near the bus stop for local buses including to Nice, a pretty walk to Villefranche Train Station one way or the other way to Beaulieu Station. Good for getting to the Ephrussi House and the coastal walk round St Jean Cap Ferrat. The appartment is very well designed: compact yet has everything you need for a family holiday.

Very good location and perfect as a hub for us as a family with daily trips to different locations in the area. Close to the beach and a good pool area with drinks, snacks ice cream etc. The appartment is well equipt with everything that you need!

The location of the apartment was ideal, with just a short walk to the beach and lovely village of villefranche. The pool within the complex was a big hit with our two children and did not get overcrowded even though we were there at end of July. If driving there the apartment is very easy to find and has secure parking. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The apartment was quite cosy, but clean and had a great shower, the only negative points we had was that the ventilation fan provided did not work and also the microwave did not work but this did not spoil our weeks stay and would definitely consider this again for future breaks. Ioan the owner was very helpful throughout the booking process. ,

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben dort zwei entspannte Wochen verbracht. Sehr schön war auch der eigene kleine Garten und der kurze Weg zum Strand. Mit Bus und Bahn kommt man schnell nach Nizza oder Monaco.

Hübsches Appartment in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand. Sehr gepflegte und schöne Ferienanlge. Schöner Pool-Bereich. Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer!

Leuke locatie vlakbij het strand

Heerlijk verblijf, appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Het tuintje grens aan de buitentuin wat veel ruimte en groen geeft. Op loopafstand van diverse strandjes. Voor een boodschap is de auto nodig maar brood kan je bij t zwembad bestellen. Dichtbij leuke uitstapjes , Nice , Monaco etc. Wij hebben er een leuke tijd beleefd.

Thank you so much for a lovely holiday. This apartment was perfect for our needs, well maintained, clean and very well equipped. Also a lovely out door seating area and the use of a fabulous pool which was never over crowded. There is a very convenient and regular bus service just outside of the apartment block making the nearby towns of Ville Franche and Beaulieu Sur Mer easily accessible, although they were also within walking distance. The bus and train service also meant that resorts further afield were accessible including Nice and Menton. Overall a very good experience and well recommended.

Pros: Nice pool, lovely beach nearby, and well equipped apartment. Very pleasant and informative host, easy to contact. Cons: Residence run down and far from shops. Need a car to get around. Eating outside was not that pleasant - many mosquitoes, furnitures soaked in water every night due to sprinklers, and no views as it was at garden level in contrast to apartments with balconies.

Wonderful location with pool!

Sandwiched between Villefranche, Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat, one couldn't hope for a better location: 2 beaches within a 5 min walk, train in 10 mins, and free parking!. After touring for the day, the pool was wonderful to enjoy and included a restaurant where you could get croissants in the morning or lunch. The apartment was incredibly well equipped with everything having its place in the small space. Our dog was very welcome. Great internet for working remotely. Amazing stay!

Super séjour à L’Ange Gardien !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette résidence très agréable avec une super piscine et juste à côté le snack bar, et à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous étions dans un superbe apartement très agréable à vivre, en rez de jardin, super propre très bien équipé aussi bien en intérieur que sur la terrasse donnant directement sur un magnifique jardin. C’est vraiment avec un très grand plaisir que nous reviendrons.
