Gilles was an amazing host. We even met in person. He checked in on us and gave great recommendations. HIGHLY recommend this spot, so worth it. The location was perfect as it was easily accessible to local transportation. Ideal for the family as it’s quiet at night and safe neighborhood.

Short stay in Nice

We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. Great location, clean, well furnished and complete with everything you could need. The garage is very useful given the difficulty and cost of parking in Nice. The tram stop is a short walk away , but the main attractions are also within walking distance . Great experience! I was a little nervous about this property given the limited number of reviews. But the property did not disappoint. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. My family of 6 had plenty of space. I loved that it was on the top floor, we had plenty of privacy and peace. Which is saying a lot as Nice is a busy city - particularly in August. Having access to the garage was huge. The streets are busy and finding parking on the street can be tricky. The trolley is only a few blocks away for an easy ride downtown (although we walked most days). And the train station (Nice-Ville) is a quick walk from the building. This offers easy access to many places. We took a 25 minute train ride in Monaco and the trains were clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Our only issue was a leak in one of the bedrooms (which is why I gave this place 4 stars) but imagine that will be fixed before the next renter. Gilles was easy to get a hold of and responsive. He even helped me find a terrific tire place because we got a flat on one of our drives. If you ever get a flat in Nice you have to go to A.CAGNOL & Fils. They were great.
